Personal Training within IMS is not workout instruction.
It begins with the body as it actually is — its history, current capacity, limitations, compensations, strength, mobility, endurance, and readiness.
The process starts with a consultation and a precise physical evaluation. From that reading, a program is built for the person in front of me, not copied from a template and not forced onto the body from the outside.
The aim is to build strength, endurance, mobility, control, confidence, and body literacy. A client should not become dependent on the trainer. They should become more capable of understanding their own body.
Before external loading becomes central, the foundation has to be proven. This is where the 1000 Rep Graduation belongs: ten exercises, ten rounds, ten repetitions each, selected according to the individual body.
IMS personal training builds the person from the inside out.
